I see interactions as opportunities: an opportunity for me to teach, maybe learn, or grow. It’s about changing our mindset. This isn't just a job. This is not the job for everyone. If you’re not committed to service and being in the community, there's an easier way to make money.
I truly believe you’ll find what you love eventually. You might move around and then come back to youth development. You realize this is what you love.
