I started as a coach, the very basic level of our organization, which is just come in, run program, go home. That's how it was advertised to me, right?

Like go in, run some soccer and some poetry with some kids and you get to go home. But there's a lot more to it, right?

Soccer came easy. Poetry didn't come easy, but I guess using my words did. The thing that was really hard was like classroom management or being all these different hats. Right now, I'm not just coaching soccer, but I'm also being a counselor. I'm being a dad. I'm being so many other different hats that I kind of wish I had it growing up.
